About Michael

My name is Michael and I am a recent graduate from the Occupational Therapy Assistance program at Middle Georgia State University. I am currently studying to take the certification exam to become a certified occupational therapy assistant. As a student, I have acquired the knowledge and academic training to support people in need for rehabilitation therapy. I have fieldwork experience where I have learned from other occupational therapy assistants and also had the ability to utilize what I have learned from school. I have assisted clients in promoting movement, improving function and participating in leisure activities within their daily lives. On the personal side, I am married raising 3 daughters (an 11-year-old and twin 8-year-olds). I am very experienced in caring for not only my children in ADL training, grooming/hygiene, etc, but for seniors as well.
