About Michaella

I am a 2020 high school grad who plans on majoring in early childhood education. I love art, nature and children. I have paid experience providing childcare for 2 families over the past 2 years. During this time, I worked after school and weekends to average 12-30 hrs/week. I was responsible for making sure the kids were entertained and taking care of their responsibilities, and for ensuring the parents had personal space for themselves. I also took care of cooking and helped pick up after the children. I also have 7 years of caring for my cousin and step-sister who are now both 7. Whenever I babysit, I aim to incorporate arts and crafts, as well as to play games. I recognize that babysitting during COVID-19 requires precautionary measures and open communication. I am taking these things seriously and am happy to discuss them with you to come to an agreement that works for all of us. I am able to interview in person or virtually, and I am available to work as soon as tomorrow!
