Starting my sophomore year of high school I started volunteering at my high schools on campus day-care. From there I have gained so much experience working with children mainly around the ages 18 months - 5 years. I have also gotten the opportunity to volunteer at two other day-care center's (Beverly Children's Learning Center) and (Beverly Hospital Day-Care). I'm now a Speech Languge Pathologist Assistant at Children Center for Communication at Beverly school for the Deaf working with ages 3-22. I also know ASL :)

Mike has worked with our daughter (now 4) for the last two summers while her preschool is on break. He is wonderful! Our daughter has a great time with him. She tends to be pretty shy, but he put her at ease very quickly. They spend a lot of time together on outdoor activities; he is very safety-conscious but also encourages her to try new things. He handles preschooler issues (e.g. spells of sadness, bathroom anxieties) with a calm and relaxed approach that helps our daughter (and us!) feel very comfortable. He truly loves young children and has a gift for working with them. We feel lucky to have found him!
