About Michala

Hello. I am a wife and a mom of three kids. I have 13 years of experience working with little ones. My journey began at my church nursery where I found my passion working with kids at the age of 18. A friend referred me to a gym near by where I became the lead preschool gymnastics coach. While obtaining my degree in Exercise Science, I worked under the supervision of pediatric occupational, speech and physical therapists. After graduating, I became a paraprofessional in an autism classroom where my students became my family. As a career, I went into sales but missed working with children. This is when I got my certification as a behavior therapist and worked directly under a behavior analyst in home as well as clinical settings. I have been a nanny for the last four years where I have been apart of so many milestones in little one's life and hope to be apart of your next journey as well.
