Joyce helped take care of my baby for a week. She was very caring and active with my baby. She read, sang and played with him and made sure he was well fed too. She was very good at maintaining baby’s schedule especially helpful for nap times. She also helped with some housekeeping without being asked. We really appreciate her kindness and all her help.

Joyce has looked after my 2 year old on weekends for 4 months. I had a amazing experience with her. In a relatively short time she adapted very quickly and almost functioned as another member of the house. She was always deeply engaged with my kid and very proactively looked after his meals, playtime and other needs. My kid became very attached to her in a short time and was always ecstatic  when she came to ‘play’. She helped around the house whenever possible without needing any specific direction. Joyce worked with us for about a year taking care of our little girl from when she was 7 months old. 

Our baby had a lot of stranger anxiety and Joyce did a fabulous job at making her get comfortable. She took amazing care of our baby, always keeping up with schedules, feedings and nap time. She was very careful and responsible with the baby, always putting safety above everything else.

Our nanny worked with us for 15 months. She first cared for our toddler and my sister's infant together for 11 months, then transitioned to caring for our infant for the last 4 months. She was exceptional during mealtime, patiently ensuring that the kids finished their food. She kept them engaged and socialized with regular stroller walks to the park and grocery store.

Her help around the house was invaluable, often assisting without being asked. She prepared the baby’s food, helped with our meal prep, bought ingredients, and prepared our dog’s food. She also vacuumed when needed and washed the baby’s bottles and some of our dishes too, saving us a lot of time and effort. She is very trustable. Her medical background helped us to do best home care when our kids got sick.

Her flexibility with timings was also very helpful to us, always available on weekends with short notice and staying longer on weekdays when needed. We would definitely recommend her to any family in need of excellent childcare and support. We expect to get help from her during weekends and holidays even after our kids started going to daycare.

In addition to her impressive medical background, she is fluent in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. This skill proved particularly useful when communicating with the boys, who spoke different languages at home. She was able to converse with us and the kids in the language they were most comfortable with, helping them feel more at ease and facilitating better communication overall.

Joyce was a great care giver to both my kids (ages 3&6). She is very patient with them and has lots of knowledge about the developmental stages they go through. She is able to use her past experience as a nurse in her day to day care of the kids.
