About Micheal

Micheal (Joyce) has been helping our family for the past few weekends, and we feel so lucky to have found her. She is wonderful with kids, clearly very experienced, and brings such a calm, capable energy into the house. One thing I really appreciate about Joyce is that she understands children so well. With our youngest, she knew that little ones sometimes need time and space to warm up, and she was patient and gentle until my daughter showed she was ready. With my 3-year-old son, she immediately knew how to engage him with toys and play in a way that felt natural and easy. Joyce is also the kind of person who genuinely wants to help the whole family, not just “watch the kids.” From the very first day, she noticed what needed to be done and jumped in to help with dishes so we wouldn’t feel overwhelmed. That thoughtfulness made such a difference. She has mentioned that many of the families she works with end up staying with her for a long time, and I can completely see why. She is calm, patient, dependable, and truly helpful. We are very happy to have her working with our family and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and experienced nanny.
