Michele has been a wonderful caregiver for our two children for nearly a year. She started with us when our son was 5 months old and our daughter was 2 years old, and over the last year she has been such a wonderful part of their growth and development. She is always calm and always ready to accept feedback or have a quick check-in about the day. I have never seen her lose her patience, and with two little ones to tend to that is quite the feat! She is excellent at playing with both of them and I have never seen her distracted when she is caring for our kids. Our children really love spending time with her and I can recommend her wholeheartedly.
