Holy cow.. Michele was the first caregiver to ever watch my daughter and she was with her for nearly 10 hours and she did NOT disappoint!!!! I was nervous but she had the education, the calm demeanor, playful energy and just overall was such a delight. My daughter is in her separation anxiety phase and immediately she was drawn to Michele. Not only did she send photo updates, she also managed to compile an entire list of nap times, diaper changes, feedings, amount that was fed. I mean wow, I was absolutely blown away with the care she gave. Additionally, she was early, which was a huge bonus. 100/10 would recommend her and cannot praise her enough.
