About Michelle

Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for. I'm a compassionate caregiver with three years of experience supporting adults and seniors. My college degree has helped me develop strong problem-solving skills. I'm patient, friendly, and adept at creating a comfortable environment. I can handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I provide respite care, transportation, and hospice services. I also assist with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. I have my Maryland state GNA Certification as well as CPR and First Aid certified. I am currently working 7am-3 p.m. at a skilled nursing facility and nursing home. Knowing I can bring a little joy and peace of mind to your family is what motivates me every day.
