About Michelle

My experience with child care started when I was 11 years old. My sister had her first child and the next 2 summers I went to my sister's house with my mom every day to help care for my nephew. Then, once I was 14, I spent that summer and the next 2 summers afterwards babysitting my nephew every week-day by myself. I now have a total of 5 nieces and nephews ranging in age from 1yr to 12 years old and I frequently care for all of them. I have also babysat other children ages infant-12 years old over the years. My last paid nanny job that wasn't a relative of mine was about 6 years ago, but I'm wanting to get back into it now that I'm done with school. I love getting kids to be active and I think it's important to limit time spent watching TV or playing video games. I miss the imagination and creative simplicity of my childhood and would love to share that. I enjoy keeping a clean space and have no problem doing household chores or errands. I also love to cook.
