We were lucky to find Michelle when we needed a nanny for our twin boys. She's been with us for over a year, starting when they were 6mo babies and through to our now toddler stage. Michelle has so much experience in childcare and is remarkably comfortable handling multiple children at once. She is reliable, communicative, caring, and fun. She's great with active kids - taking our boys out every day, even when the weather isn't ideal. She proactively looks for opportunities for them to play, learn, and interact with other kids (something we wouldn't otherwise get not being in daycare). She's also great at respecting our wishes/direction, including sticking to our desired schedule, integrating certain activities, etc. I can very much recommend Michelle!
