About Michelle

Michelle has been an incredible caregiver for our son, and we feel very lucky to have had her as part of our family. She began caring for him when he was just 3 months old and has been with him through his early toddler years, up to age 2. During that time, she built a strong, loving bond with him and consistently showed genuine care and dedication. She is dependable, attentive, and highly engaged. Michelle handles all aspects of childcare with ease—getting him ready each day, preparing meals, and planning activities that are appropriate for his age and development. She regularly takes him on walks around the neighborhood, drives him to the park, and brings him to local kid-friendly activities, ensuring he stays active, stimulated, and social. What really stands out is her awareness and responsiveness. She reads his moods and needs extremely well—whether it’s calming him when he’s upset, keeping him engaged when he’s bored, or comforting and distracting him when he’s not feeling well. She communicates clearly, follows instructions closely, and is always respectful of our parenting preferences while also being flexible as our needs and schedules change. Michelle has also traveled with our family, and she handled those experiences seamlessly, adapting to new environments and maintaining his routine while helping make our trips smooth and enjoyable. She is fully vaccinated, speaks Spanish, has strong driving experience, and brings additional skills like first aid knowledge and swimming certification, which give us extra peace of mind. Michelle is kind, responsible, and truly passionate about working with children. Any family would be fortunate to have her care for their kids— we wholeheartedly recommend her.
