Michelle is THE BEST. She started watching our first child starting at 6 months, and has been our nanny for almost 3 years now, watching our 2 year old daughter and 8 month old son. She was responsible for light meal and bottle (formula/breast milk) preparation, managing the kids schedules (including naps), engaging in developmental age appropriate activities, and ensuring the kids were safe and having fun! She is well versed in child development and behavior. I can't say enough positive things about her care for our kids, her lovely personality, punctuality, communication, and confidence in what she does . Her experience with all ages and personalities makes her a wonderful and trusted child care provider that we would be happy to recommend. She has helped our children develop speech and motor skills, meet milestones, and build their imaginations and curiosity! She never hesitates to speak up if she has a suggestion, concern, or question. More important than anything, our children adore Michelle. Our children are always overjoyed the minute she walks in the door, and she puts a smile on all our faces.
