Im a 51-year-old mother of 7 and Oma(grandmother) to 11! I have been raising children since I was 15 when my son was born. My son was really sick and was given a 30% chance of living. Hes 35 now with a daighter of his own. I was a foster parent for 15yrs and became permanent legal gaurdians to 4 of my 7 children. I ran a daycare for 5 yrs and closed it to be able to focus on my kids needs. About 10yrs ago a friend asked me to help care for her grandmother and I absolutely fell in love with caring for seniors and it is what I have done since and nannying here and there. I absolutely love kids, their wonder and inquisative nature, seeing the pride in their eyes when they master a skill, it all warms my heart! Found to be almost the same working with seniors, instead of learning new skills they are passing down skills nd thats really cool!
