About Michelle

For the past 10 plus years, I've been helping students unlock their full potential. As a certified special education, deaf/hard of hearing, and ASL Language teacher with, experiences with public as well as homeschooling environments, I believe every student can succeed with the right support. I empower students to develop critical thinking skills for long-term success. I vary my teaching strategies and encourage open communication to best suit each student's learning style. By breaking down complex problems and celebrating small wins, I keep students motivated and engaged. Communication is essential for understanding needs and setting clear expectations. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I'm excited to help your student achieve their academic goals!
