Michelle was absolutely wonderful, and we can't recommend her enough! My husband was pretty skeptical about bringing in someone we didn't already know, but within just a few hours on Michelle's first day, we both felt completely comfortable with her. I work from home, so I was able to hear a lot of their day together, and it was so reassuring to hear constant laughter, story time, singing, dancing, and fun music. She brought such a positive energy into our home. The biggest sign of how great she was came from our son. He was always happy to see her, and after spending time with Michelle, he seemed more engaged, interactive, and happy with both of us after work. She genuinely connected with him and made every day fun. Michelle also helped us accomplish something we'd been struggling with for a while—getting our son to drink water from a toddler cup. Somehow she had him doing it within just a few days! We only worked with Michelle for two weeks, but she made a huge impression on our family. We all miss her and honestly wish she could be with us every day. Any family would be lucky to have her!
