We are unfortunately parting ways with Michelle only because our family is moving away. If we weren't relocating, we would absolutely continue working with her and highly recommend her to any family looking for exceptional childcare. Michelle has been incredibly reliable, caring, and attentive with our son. Beyond providing excellent care, she consistently goes above and beyond by helping with household chores and preparing meals while our son naps, which has been such a meaningful support to our family. Her background in education gives us tremendous confidence in her judgment and decision-making. As our toddler has entered the boundary-testing stage that comes with this age, Michelle has handled every situation with patience, consistency, and professionalism. We have always felt comfortable knowing our son was in capable and thoughtful hands. Most importantly, Michelle is simply a wonderful person. She genuinely cares about our son and our family as a whole, and that kindness shines through in everything she does. She has built a special bond with our son and has become an important part of our family's daily life. We are grateful for the positive impact she has had on our son's life and would wholeheartedly recommend her as a nanny and childcare provider.
