About Michelle

I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician for children with Autism. I worked as an IA in Learning & Emotional Support in schools and as a preschool teacher. I enjoy working with children because every day is different. I like helping children reach their greatest potential through patience and creativity. I feel it is important to help children cultivate their own personality and individuality while being in a caring, supportive environment. In my spare time, I like to stay healthy by being outdoors to exercise and hike. I enjoy cooking, reading, listening to music and gardening. I also value spending precious time with my family. I have over 15 years experience. I'm kind, nurturing, bubbly, energetic, patient and reliable. My skills include consistency, managing behaviors, building play skills, arts and crafts and social emotional learning. As a mother of two grown teens, I welcome the opportunity to help your family navigate the active and exciting 'early years'.
