Michelle Just ghosted me in the middle of the hiring process. We had agreed for her to go meet my mother struggling with dementia. She offered me her salary and I accepted commenting that she was very generous and we agreed on a day and time for her to meet my mom. When I sent her the address and tried to confirm with her she just didn’t respond even after I tried various times to get a hold of her. Not reliable!
