We feel so fortunate to have Michelle caring for our parents. She is reliable, trustworthy, communicates well and has a calm demeaner. She finds things to do to help my parents while at my parents' home so my parents feel like she cares and isn't just watching the hours. She asks them questions and shares stories. She offers holistic solutions to some of their issues, which I very much appreciate. I can't recommend Michelle enough. She is top notch as a caregiver, but I suspect she's top notch at whatever she does.
