She is conscientious of her work, efficient and shows that she truly cares for the individuals. Bibi has consistently worked for me for several years showing she is both reliable and dependable. Bibi skills include meal prep for individuals at risk for choking or have dysphasia. She cleans, prepares meals and does laundry. She has a caseload of individuals that are varied in cognitive and physical disabilities, across the age span from age 22-84. She is well versed in working with non-verbal individuals as well. Her responsibilities also include ADLs and she is proficient in stand and squat pivot transfers as well as using mechanical lifts.
