About Mickelle

I am in the process of becoming a Resource Parent (Foster Parent) and it is my passion in life! It's a huge part of who I am and what motivates me as a Child care provider. I am looking for a job that encourages that I take the kids on adventures and exploring the world! I love teaching them independence and focusing on what they are interested in! I started working with kids when I was 10 at my church nursery and babysat! I have been a full time nanny the last 3 years with the same family! In my spare time, I like to spend time with my church community and go on spontaneous mini adventures with my husband ! I love by the beach and go often! One thing you should know about me is I love imagination play and always being curious! I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and I like to be involved in what they are doing! My skills include helping your child learn independence and have confidence in their skills, being a nurturing figure and having time management skills!
