About Mikayla

Hi! I am currently a student at University. I major in Criminology and Sociology, as well as minor in Women and Gender Studies and English. I am on track to attend law school in 2026 and hope to one day teach at the collegiate level. I am knowledgeable in many different areas of study and have a few years of tutoring under my belt from family friends and local school programs! I'd describe my personality as compassionate, outgoing and creative! I like tutoring because it is fulfilling to help others fall in love with learning again! I'm looking for a job that is flexible with my busy school schedule and that allows me to build a trusting and productive relationship with the child. I started tutoring when I was in high school, mainly with peers or family friends. In my spare time, I like to read and crotchet or visit new restaurants with friends!
