About Mikayla

Hi! My name is MiKayla and I have been working in childcare since 2019, with over three years of experience as a Center Director. My background is primarily with infants through age three, where I've developed a strong understanding of early developmental milestones and nurturing care. I recently transitioned from my role as a director in a childcare center and am excited to continue supporting families in a more personal setting. I hold a Texas Director's Certification, am CPR and First Aid certified, and have a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with a focus on infants and toddlers. I am also continuing my education as I work toward my degree in Early Childhood Education. I have a genuine passion for working with children and believe they learn best through play, social-emotional connection, and consistent, loving relationships. I value creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment where children feel supported, confident, and free to grow at their own pace.
