About Mikayla

Hi!! My name is Mikayla, I'm 21 years old and have over 4 years of experience caring for children ranging from 4 months old to teenagers. I've worked in two daycare settings, where I gained experience following daily routines, including meals, naps, outdoor play, learning activities, and structured schedules. I'm very outgoing, active, and love spending time outdoors, whether that's playing at the park, taking kids to activities and practices, or creating fun adventures together. My goal is to be more than just a nanny. I strive to become someone your children feel safe, happy, and excited to be around, like an extension of your family. I treat every child with the same love, patience, and care I would give my own. I also believe communication is key, so I keep families updated throughout the day with meals, naps, diaper changes, outdoor time, activities.
