About Mikayla

Hello! My name is Mikayla, and I am 23 years old. Caring for children and making a positive impact in their lives is truly my passion. I have six years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. I am patient, calm, friendly, and easy to approach. I love engaging kids through outdoor activities, board games, and fun educational play. I'm very comfortable reinforcing household rules and maintaining a safe, structured environment. I communicate with parents using their preferred method and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I'm also comfortable with pets and happy to assist with carpooling and light housekeeping. Watching children learn, grow, and discover new things brings me so much joy, and I hope to share that joy with your family!
