About Miki

Nurturing young minds is my passion. I have worked with families and children for the past three years. In a program for the state, helping families learn about developmental activities and fostering positive relationships in healthy boundaries. I have 4 grown children and 3 grandchildern. I've had the joy of fostering children's growth and development. My approach is patient, creative, and friendly. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children, ages newborn to 11 years old. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether it's a quick chat at pickup or regular updates via text. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I love playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games with children. I can help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I have a high school degree and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I am comfortable with pets and have my own car. Level 2 background cleared also.
