Hi, I'm Mili, I'm 25 and originally from Argentina. I came to America in 2022. Currently I live in Oceanside, San Diego with my husband and my stepdaughter. I love working with kids because they are learning, because children are the most human thing you can know. And they deserve respect as such. On 2022 I worked with a family in Co l have had the most beautiful experience, I got to enrich myself of learning how to raise kids here in America, I got so more patient that I was and the most beautiful thing was to see how the kids learn from me and I from them. I also worked with the sweetest baby in Carlsbad. I started in January when she was 4 months and sadly they had to move, it was one of the most leaning times! The baby is allergic to eggs and it was my first time working with an allergic baby. I got to learn even more and that allowed me to be more conscious and careful about everything. Now I'm in search of a new family to help and kiddos to play and have some adventures with!

Mili was our au pair for a year. Mili truly loves kids and my kids love her. Mili's responsibilities included getting the kids dressed, changed, bathed, and fed. She drove the kids around town to their activities. She often put together crafts in the afternoon for the kids after nap time. One of my favorite things about Mili was that she always incorporated music into the house - so much dancing and singing and now my youngest one still loves dancing all the time.
