About Milano

When I interviewed Milan, I found her to be engaging, thoughtful and conscientious. I was very optimistic about hiring her and moving forward with her caring for my mother. So, what happened? She canceled our interview the next day by text message. It seemed like a good and valid reason so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But, when she didn't respond to my text to reschedule, I knew something wasn't right. I mean she didn't respond all day and the next day she finally messaged me that she couldn't accept the job. She knew, from our conversation, that I was on a critical deadline to find someone and she wasted my time...time that I didn't have to waste. Overall she seems like a nice person, but she gets an F in dependability and communication.
