About Milena

Hi! I'm Milena. I'm a caring, patient, and dependable childcare professional with a bachelor's degree in psychology and hands-on experience working with young children. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician, supporting children with communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. I'm comfortable with routines, transitions, meals, toileting, outings, play-based activities, and helping children navigate big emotions while staying calm and consistent. I also have experience working with children with developmental disabilities and additional support needs. I love getting to know each child's personality and interests through crafts, reading, imaginative play, music, and outdoor activities. I value open communication with parents and always want families to feel confident that their child is safe, supported, and genuinely cared for.
