Always on time & flexible w/schedule. Very sweet w/my daughter. Patient, eager to understand, learn and assist. She prepared simple meals for my daughter & accompanied me on some outings. The first sitter I hired through Care.com. I was nervous because of my daughter's disability, but this turned out to be a good experience.
