She was very sweet with our kids and very willing to help out but wasn't really sure how to help. I know it was only her first time with us, but she really struggled to maintain authority with our daughter. Despite sharing that we had a single snack time, she allowed our daughter to eat whatever she wanted continuously all afternoon. She also seemed a little at a loss when we asked her to also help with the 18 month old. I think she could be great with a household with fewer needs and less rules. Developed rapport quickly with the kids, just didn't really make it that much easier to get through our afternoon.
