Miranda has that "thing" when it comes to working with young children. Our daughter gravitated to Miranda right away. She has great instincts with interacting and entertaining kids. Unfortunately, our schedules did not align to hire Miranda as a full-time nanny, but we are definitely planning on calling her for date nights and sporadic coverage. She has a wonderful background and great references.
