About Miranda

Hello Families! My name is Miranda, for the last 9 years I have worked as a special needs nanny to a wonderful young man who has CB and Autism. He has been wonderful. I'm looking to add an additional 20 hours to my work week or more depending on the family. Ideally, a mother's helper, or maybe 3 days a week. I live in central Austin. I have reliable and safe transportation. I do have references. While it's been awhile since I have worked with younger children I am 100% ok with that. I do require a trial date prior to committing to a family. I can help with homework to ensure your child follows routine and keeping on task. I am familiar age appropriate activities too. My experience includes working at various childcare centers, I also have 18 credit hours for Early Childhood Education from Temple College.
