hi! quick run down about me I'd describe my personality as open minded, self aware and outgoing I like working with kids because I am patient, nurturing, and enjoy seeing people grow! kids bring out my playful side, and helping them learn or feel supported can be really rewarding I started working with kids when I was about 15, in an actual daycare environment, that experience helped me develop strong communication, patience, and responsibility. I enjoyed creating a safe, fun, and caring environment where children could learn, play, and feel comfortable. I started working with kids in private homes with their family and it has been a wonderful experience, and I love supporting their growth & development One thing you should know about me is that im big on prioritizing children's safety and well being while making sure they feel comfortable, supported, and most importantly encouraged have fun!! skills include patience, compassion, safety, supervision, communication and creativity!
