as a mother of a child with adhd, odd and ddmd, and autism I have a lot of experience with special needs kids. I also have been a big part in caring for my nephew with asd, spd and developmental delays! I have worked for doctors, dentists, Police officers and people off all walks of life. I treat the kids as I would my own with love, patience and kindness. I love to read, and craft and dance parties are a must! I will cook, do the child's laundry and clean the child's dishes. Misty was great. She initially impressed me by texting me the day before with a series of questions about my son - everything from his schedule to whether he had any allergies, was on any medications, etc. She was punctual (showing up a few minutes early both times) and is warm and energetic. She took my lead but was also happy to take the initiative. My son loved her and I felt totally comfortable with her taking care of him. I would absolutely hire Misty again.
