I'd describe my personality as patient, fun-loving, and caring I love working with kids because of the simplicity in which they veiw the world and the fun that they have while doing it. I'm looking for a job where I can fulfill a family's needs with consistency and flexibility. I started working with kids when I was about 16. Since then, I became a regular babysitter for one family for about 2 years before going to school. In my spare time, I love to be outside reading, walking, or hiking, or to be a homebody and stay inside with a good meal, a movie, and a puzzle. One thing you should know about me is that my biggest concern is doing my job to the best of my ability. I want parents to feel comfortable with entrusting their kids to my care and kids to feel safe and cared for. My skills include connecting with young children, cooking, organizing/housework, and handling expeditions outside the house (pickup, drop off, errands, etc.)

Mollye has been nothing but professional, attuned, and engaged with my son. She is quick to get on the floor and play with him, knows his favorite things, and has taught him so many fun trampoline games! Mollye is gentle, kind, patient, and has handled some challenging behaviors from my son with grace and love. She is a treasure to our family and I recommend her to anyone without hesitation!
