I'm Molly, a professional Newborn Care Specialist, Night Nurse, and Career Nanny with over seven years of professional childcare experience caring for children from the newborn stage through the preteen years. My background includes private homes, fully staffed households, and infant overnight care. As a former Nurse Technician in a Mother-Baby Unit, with nursing education and CPR/BLS certification, I bring confidence, patience, and evidence-based care to every family. I'm also completing my degree in Early Childhood Education.
