You can tell they’ve worked together before. Everyone had a role, and they moved through the house like a system. My place is pretty large, so that kind of teamwork made a huge difference in both speed and quality.

I took a chance booking Molly and Sophia and it worked out really well. They came as a  group of girls and handled my whole house quickly. I have 3 beds and 4 baths, so having 2–3 of them made a big difference. Everything looked clean and refreshed when they finished.

I booked Molly for my Brooklyn brownstone and was a little hesitant at first, just because older homes like this can be very detailed and easy to miss things. But they honestly did a great job. They came as a small team of 2 girls and worked through multiple floors quickly without it feeling rushed. Everything looked noticeably cleaner and more refreshed by the time they finished, and they didn’t overlook the little details.
Having multiple people really made a difference for a space this size. Overall, I was really happy with how it turned out.

“Molly” is an agency, charged $300 for deep clean of a 2bed 2.5 bath apartment but only cleaned one of the bathrooms. The cleaner was very nice. But this group are all talk. Do not hire. 

 I don’t even know where to start. My house had honestly gotten to a point where I felt overwhelmed just looking at it. Between work and everything else going on, I kept putting it off. Molly and Fia came in and completely changed that for me.

They didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or judged at all, which I really appreciated. They were calm, professional, and just handled everything. What stood out the most was how detailed they were — not just surface cleaning, but actually getting into all the little areas that build up over time.

When they finished, my home didn’t just look clean, it felt clean. The air felt lighter, everything looked organized, and I could finally relax in my own space again. I didn’t realize how much I needed that reset.

I’ll definitely be booking them again.


I posted a job for a deep cleaning of a vacant apartment and clearly outlined the scope, including that it had been unoccupied for some time and would require a thorough clean. The posting specified deep cleaning, a full-day window, and an hourly rate.



Molly replied to the posting, reviewed the additional video I provided, and accepted the job, but did not come in person and instead sent two associates.



After I gave the associates a tour, they saw a few dead insects and asked whether there had been a pest problem. That was when I explained that the apartment had been professionally exterminated six months earlier. They did not find any living insects. They seemed satisfied with that explanation and began unpacking their supplies as I left to run a few errands, telling them I would be back in about 20 minutes.



While I was out and on my way back to the apartment, I received messages stating that the apartment was considered a biohazard and that they could not continue. I was then told there was a separate $650 service that would cover what they described as biohazard cleaning.



The concern they raised was based on a few dead insects and old dried droppings. I also offered to provide disposable supplies to address any concern about contamination, but they still declined to do any work.



If the condition of the apartment was outside the scope of what Molly was willing to take on, that should have been identified before accepting the job, especially given the clear description and materials shared in advance. Instead, the issue was raised only after arrival, after a walkthrough, and after it appeared they were preparing to begin. The result was a lost day and disrupted scheduling, since I had other apartment-related work lined up immediately after.



While she is within her rights to decline a job, the way this was handled was unprofessional and felt like a significant last-minute upcharge.



I followed up afterward to give Molly an opportunity to address the situation. She stood by the decision not to do the cleaning, offered a credit toward a future standard cleaning if the apartment were professionally treated and cleared, and suggested I contact a pest remediation or post-infestation cleaning company.

Molly is everything you could want, I am a single father trying my best, and when molly is at home with my daughter, I know I don't need to worry. She constantly goes above and beyond, and I believe it’s because she does it out of love. Ill keep it short, but I am proud to recommend her to anyone.

I’ve used a few cleaning services before but Molly and Fia honestly stand out. They took their time and paid attention to small details most people skip. My bathrooms were spotless and the whole house smelled fresh without being overwhelming. Very professional and friendly too.

We hired Molly and Fia for a full house cleaning before having guests stay with us and they exceeded expectations. Our home felt fresh, polished, and truly spotless when they finished. They were professional, respectful of our space, and incredibly thorough. Even areas that many cleaners overlook were done beautifully. It made hosting so much easier knowing the house looked perfect.

We have two kids and a dog so our house gets messy fast. Molly and Fia handled it like pros. The floors looked amazing and the kitchen sparkled.
