We absolutely loved Monica!!!! She was so helpful and patient throughout everything. Unfortunately our grandfather passed, but even throughout the process she helped guide us through and helped ease our minds and helped us grieve the loss. Monica seemed great, had my assistant talk with her and to set up a time to meet for an in person interview. Monica was very stand offish and then said would let us know on a time. Monica messaged back saying anytime on Sunday would wrk great, so I messaged her a time to see if that would wrk. Took hours for Monica to respond and when she did she backed out of the whole interview. Was a total waste of time, just very disappointing that people cant be up front instead of making people wait and waste our time. 

Monica treats her clients like her own family. She is very dedicated, compassionate and patient. She understands fully what her client needs and she goes far and beyond for client’s sake. I highly recommend her.

Wow! Where do I start with Monica!!! You were amazing!! My mom and dad were in such good hands with you. My mom is doing a lot better after everything she’s been through with surgery after surgery and she still asks about you to this day. You were so gentle with them and it meant so much when you called to check up. That’s why I’m doing this review, because no caregiver has ever called us to check up after they’ve left. Thank you so much Carol and the kids miss you too!!!!! 

Monica did a wonderful job taking care of my husband. She was always very kind to him. She was always ready to help in any way she could to make life healthy & happy. I can't thank her enough.

Wow!! Monica was amazing for us. She was great with my dad when a lot of other nurses and care givers gave up on him. My dad was a handful but Monica was patient with him and brought out the positives that we haven't seen in a long time. Great care with his wounds, and she can cook her tail off. Dad is in a better place now. Thank you so much!!!!

She accepted the job, showed up twice and then on her 3rd day texted 30 minutes before her shift to say that she was in the ER with her Mom.  I accepted that and felt bad for her.   She didn't respond to any further texts and did not show up for her next shift a few days later (or any since) nor did she let me know that she wouldn't make it.    It is really unfortunate since she was great with my Mom but we need someone we can rely on.
