About Monica

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, youth group leader at my church where I also play guitar on the worship team, and former camp director. I was a nanny for both new born triplets and twins. I have experience as a night nanny, as well as watching large volumes of children during the day. I have worked with both special needs and "juvenile delinquents." I have been providing childcare for the past 28 years. I am a "baby whisperer" and a "kid magnet". I play the guitar, sing, and write silly kids songs, I am fun, easy going, and patient. I am on an improv comedy team. I'd describe my personality as laid back, good sense of humor, nurturing. I like working with kids because I believe they are a blessing from the Lord. Psalm 127:3 In my spare time, I like to stay active in my church with the high school youth group, Bible studies, volunteer in the community, play and write music, and perform with my improv comedy team as well as lift weights and lay by the pool.
