About Monica

I hold an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, am BLS/CPR certified, and am currently attending nursing school. My caregiving journey began in 2014 while working at Atria Senior Living, where I discovered how rewarding it is to build meaningful relationships with older adults and their families. That experience confirmed that caring for others is more than a job for me-it's my calling. Before COVID, I worked as a private caregiver for a wonderful woman living with multiple sclerosis. I assisted with transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, laundry, transportation to medical appointments and physical therapy, companionship, and day-to-day support. Providing compassionate, respectful care while helping her maintain her independence was incredibly meaningful to me.
