About Monica

Monica is an amazing, intuitively caring professional who has helped my husband and I become better, more well-rounded parents. We started working with her when our son was 4 months old. We were sleep-deprived and going back to work full of dread. Monica was supportive and caring for us just as much as she was for our son. We brought in a nanny share family when our son was around 9-10 months old and she adjusted without a lapse in energy, attention, or care for both kids. She fearlessly takes the two kids out on adventures in the neighborhood all day, navigating available resources in our area including the library, family centers, parks & rec centers, and playgrounds to create a routine that included activities, classes, and other ways to meet other kids in the neighborhood and build social/developmental skills. She also made sure to do all this around both kids nap schedules and sleep routines. She communicated and collaborated with us through all the sleep phases and regressions, learning adjustments, schedule changes, location changes between family homes, ups, downs, and everything in between. We have been so so lucky to have had Monica be a part of our family these past two years. Her reliability, flexibility, and deep care for creating a gentle/supportive development space for our son has been a gift.
