I'm a CNA who spent seven years living in with one client-the longest, most meaningful work of my career. When she entered hospice, her family and I decided together that she would stay home. I provided her care through that time so she never had to leave the house she knew. That kind of continuity shapes how I work: I stay steady when someone is confused or upset, use sensory routines to ease memory-care days, and handle medication reminders, mobility, meals, errands, and pets. I drive my own car. I take respite or live-in roles and update families by phone or text. CPR and First Aid certified.
