Hello families! My name is Monique. I am a postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, and former obstetric nurse in Brazil, with over eight years of experience supporting mothers and babies. I have assisted with more than 1, 000 births and have hospital experience in obstetric, postpartum, neonatal, and pediatric care, including premature babies and twins. I provide daytime and overnight newborn care, including feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, burping, bottle preparation, newborn routines, and guidance with reflux, gas, and feeding discomfort. I also support breastfeeding mothers and help parents understand their baby's cues while adjusting to life with a newborn. I am CPR and First Aid certified. My approach is gentle, patient, safety-focused, and respectful of every family's preferences. I currently support families throughout the Fort Worth and Dallas area and would be honored to provide knowledgeable, dependable, and loving care for your family.
