About Montanna

3 Years working in an Early Childhood Development center, I have Experience from infancy, all the way to school age, ending around 12 years of age. I can prep activities for toddlers-pre k age of school work, and I love doing arts and crafts with kids as well. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, strong willed and caring. I like working with kids because they bring a light into lives that sometimes someone is lacking. I'm looking for a job that is flexible, I like to teach and care for kids on their own terms, and not based out of curriculum books because all kids learn and thrive at their own pace. I started professionally caring and teaching children in 2020. In my spare time, you can find me on the couch reading books or writing poetry. One thing you should know about me is I like the forms of structure and respective forms. However, I am the most laid back, fun, energetic person. I believe it is a great mix to have as a caregiver/teacher.
