About Monty

Hi! I'm Monty! I am 19 an undergraduate student currently working as an active substitute teacher with local preschool and early elementary classrooms. I have been working as an assistant teacher or camp councilor since I was 14! Working daily within structured school environments has given me extensive hands-on experience managing routines, supporting early learning milestones, and creating patient, engaging, and safe spaces for young children. I specialize in toddler and preschool care, with background experience supporting neurodivergent children and diverse learning needs. I am currently available for weekend daytime shifts and Friday/Saturday evening sitting. Looking forward to connecting with your family!
