About Monty

I've been a care provider now for 29 years. I've worked with people with disabilities early on through different organizations. I wanted to do more in the community, I decided to take classes to get my LNA. I managed the home of a couple for 6 years until their passing. For 5. 5 years starting in 2007, I was at a senior facility in Shelburne, VT working as a Lead LNA/Med Tech for people with dementia. I feel honored to be a part of their lives. I love my work. I live in Saratoga Springs NY now, looking to meet some great people and to help any way I can, be it companionship, helping someone with memory impairment, medicines, wound care, skin dressings, bathing, meal prep, housework and all ADLs. I have a great sense of humor and a lot of patience and I am very experienced with helping a loved one dealing with dementia. I'm here to help.
