Hey there! My name is Morgan and I am a 29-year-old career nanny with nine years of professional childcare experience. My journey began as a family babysitter and evolved into a rewarding career after starting as a preschool helper. With over a decade devoted to nurturing families, I specialize in creating joyful and enriching experiences for children while supporting parents in building strong familial connections.

I have a deep passion for integrating natural practices into my caregiving and I am currently studying to be an herbalist and a doula. My childcare philosophy centers on peaceful parenting, setting boundaries, and fostering emotional regulation and coping skills in children. I'm well-versed in newborn care, developmental psychology, and am skilled in areas such as baby sign language, nature-based play, and preparing nourishing meals.

We felt beyond comfortable with Morgan from the second we met her. Our 5 year old loved her and she handled our 5 month old SO well! I didn’t feel like I had to over explain anything, she just jumped right in. We hired her 3 times in one weekend! Will definitely use her again if we are in the area. 

Morgan has a very calming presence about her, and is a natural when it comes to childcare. My one year old daughter enjoys playing with her, reading books, and going on walks together. Additionally, Morgan efficiently completes housework while my daughter is napping. It's so nice to have the laundry and dishes done when I get home, and I know my daughter is in good hands while I am gone! I am really glad we met Morgan, and I would highly recommend her.

Morgan is amazing! She has watched our three kids (twin infants and a toddler) a few times. She is flexible, communicative, and fun - our toddler woke up asking to play with Ms. Morgan the next day! We couldn't recommend her more highly.

Morgan helped us on short notice. She was extremely professional and followed our preferred schedule for the day. Our 4 year old son had a wonderful time spending the day with Morgan.  Overall, she was punctual and exceeded our expectations. 

We have been having Morgan with us as a regular sitter/ nanny/ "mother's helper" for a few months now, and we are so glad to have found her! She happens to live pretty close to us, is always punctual, and is very reliable. It's a great blessing to have someone to be with the baby while you are getting stuff done around the house, going to appointments, or running errands. She is very interactive and engaging with our son, who is 8 months old. Morgan is sweet, friendly, personable, and very comfortable caring for infants. She does not just park the baby in front of the television and change/ feed the baby as needed. We had a previous sitter do just this, and we ended up letting her go and continuing with Morgan on a regular basis. She will play, read, feed, change, put down for naps, take on strolls, etc., with your baby (if you are looking for help with an infant- our son doesn't do much else just yet!), and be very hands-on. I also have Morgan clean baby bottles and parts from time to time, and she does a great job! I would definitely recommend her for babysitting/ nannying, as you can tell she really enjoys caring for children! She is an excellent addition to your family!

Morgan is absolutely fantastic.  She is reliable, dependable, and trustworthy.  She is loving, sweet, and fun - and she's prepared!  She's the only babysitter that comes prepared with activities for the kids - she cares about engaging kids, helping them to learn, and she actively plays with them!  I am very thankful that Morgan takes care of our children - they ask when she is coming back :)  Being with her is a gift!

Mature, competent, and full of energy and affection for the boys. Didn't hesitate to engage with them inside and outside. Was definitely looking for someone who wouldn't sit around and try to preoccupy the little ones with TV, so I'm glad I found Morgan and hope to hire her again or regularly if finances permit.

Morgan seemed really nice over the phone and we scheduled an in person interview. The day before the interview I sent her a text clarifying that we only need 12 hours of care per week and I would still like to move forward but if she needed more hours I could refer her to a friend also needing a nanny. She didn't respond to my text to let me know if she still planned on coming to the in-person interview or not. Really disappointed about the lack of communication.

Morgan nannied for our 8 yo son and 5 yo old daughter after our first nanny left for bigger things after 3 years with us.  She had big shoes to fill but quickly built a tight rapport with our children.  She kept them entertained with all manner of activities and outings.  She also worked with us between our two houses and dynamic work schedules.  We couldn't have asked for a better nanny and cannot say enough positive things about her!

We couldn't have found a more loving and caring nanny for our kids; she is a wonderful person and a terrific nanny!

Morgan cared for my daughter from 4-14 months old. She was so wonderful with my baby - sweet, kind, gentle, and fun. She takes initiative to help around the house and research activities, food ideas, & behavior modifications, is up for additional duties (she's a great vegan cook and master organizer!), and kept our entire household in check. She made adorable arts and crafts with my baby and was up for playing indoors, outdoors, or wherever my child was happiest. Morgan is a patient, but appropriately firm caregiver when her charge is having a rough day/misbehaving. She also was a wonderful companion to my two large, overbearing pups. :) It breaks my heart to have to transition to daycare now that my child needs socialization out of the house, but Morgan made our time so sweet. Any family would be so lucky to have Morgan care for their children.
