Mtinke is a great caregiver and is prompt, professional and works well as part of a care team. She made sure my father was clean, fed and intellectually stimulated. If he were napping, she would do light cleaning and organization. She is a great conversationalist and an interesting person in addition to a wonderful caregiver!
