l'm an experienced caregiver who is passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. With over 6 years of experience assisting my mother with our foster siblings, I have a deep understanding of the challenges that families face and the importance of reliable support. I believe in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. I am patient, calm, and creative, and enjoy playing educational games and engaging in activities that promote their cognitive and social development. I am also comfortable caring for children with physical or mental impairments. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and addressing any issues promptly. I am flexible in following the parents' preferred communication method and household rules.
